I am going to attempt to recreate this issue in our lab to see how we might be able to assist you. At the moment I am mainly focused on Ts, model is 20FA, we use SCCM driver package from Lenovo website for driver injection during image deployment and run system udpate manually afterwards needs to be automated , Windows 7 SP1 x Also looking for the latest SCCM driver package the one on the website is not up-to-date.
I will be looking in to the issue with the Ts. I will try to contact the group s responsible for updating drivers. I cant guarantee anything but hope we can some feedback for you.

Some Lenovo laptops have a slot for a sim card, and an internal GSM modem. You don't use that if you're using your Huawei dongle.
