Everything updated with no streaming issues. Hope this works for you all!! Aug 21, 1 1 1, 0. Hi, I was facing a similar issue.

This problem is mainly due to location settings in the TV. I assume this problem is faced if the location is set to USA. If you are in any other location please change it to your country and it should work fine. I followed an alternative step which i think would be helpful. Move forward till smart Hub terms and Conditions policy page. You get a tab with different countries. Proceed till last step. Access smart hub and it should work.

Denverj Commendable. Sep 9, 1 0 1, 0. Just go into settings and setup your TV like it's brand new out of the box. Smart hub will start working again. Aug 19, 7 0 1, 0. Denverj :. Nov 7, 2 0 1, 0. Don't know if this helps but I had same situation with my Sharp TV.

TV said connected but apps would not connect. No one could help and a TV repair dude was on his way No one told me that. I removed the batt for a minute, put bak in, TV on If this even helps 1 person, Im glad. Very frustrating for me.

If your set up is like mine and every wire and plug is a hassle to get to, simply hold down the power button on the remote. The screen will turn off, but keep holding down. The tv then basically "resets", but does not lose it's previous settings. The app downloaded fine after that. Hope this helps someone. This is frustrating. Any suggestions? This downloads the selected app and adds it to your home screen.

When you launch the app from your home screen, you may be prompted to sign into the app or create a new account. Follow the on-screen instructions to do so. Method 2. Navigate to an app you want to move. Use the directional keys to highlight the app. Select Move. The app is now ready to move. Navigate to the spot where you want to place the app. Use the directional keys to get there. Press Select on the remote control.

The app's icon now appears at its new location. Method 3. Select Settings or Options. The option you see varies depending on your model of smart TV. If you're using the model, select Delete now. Select the app you want to delete. Several options will appear below the app's icon. If you're using the model, select Done now. Select Delete.

A confirmation message will appear. Select Delete newer models or OK older models. This removes the app from your TV. I do not have a "home" button my remote. In its place, according to your graphic, is the "menu" button. Is that the same thing? Luke Robel. Is your TV a smart TV?
