Some games will require you to relaunch them before the item will be downloaded. Players will regenerate their health when their hunger and sanity levels are above certain levels; as a trade-off they will lose hunger.
There is also a small arrow, indicating that your health is regenerating. This mod aims at making the game easier, especially for beginners.
